package/kodi: use github helper for KODI_EXTRA_DOWNLOADS

This will ensure the downloads have nicer filenames in the download
directory, e.g.:
    4.0.4-Leia-18.4.tar.gz --> kodi-ffmpeg-4.0.4-Leia-18.4.tar.gz

Update the hashes list accordingly.
