* bfd.c (struct _bfd): Add cisco_core_struct to tdata union.
* libbfd.c (bfd_read, bfd_seek): Add comments regarding errors.
* cisco-core.c: New file.
* Makefile.in: Change accordingly.
* configure.in: Recognize cisco_core_vec.
* config/m68k-aout.mt (SELECT_VECS): Add cisco_core_vec.
* targets.c: Add cisco_core_vec.
* bfd-in2.h: Rebuilt.
