* emulparams/elf32{b,l}4300.sh (MACHINE): Add explicit
  architecture number.
* scripttempl/elf.sc: Use $MACHINE definition if present.
* configure.tgt (targ_extra_emuls): Force 4100 build to use same
  template as 4300.
