Lint fixes from Paul Eggert (eggert@twinsun.com):

* command.c (do_setshow_command):  var_uintegers are unsigned.
* sparc-tdep.c (save_insn_opcodes, restore_insn_opcodes):
unsigned, since they use hex values with the high bit set.
