ipa-inline.c (cgraph_maybe_hot_edge_p): Look for hot/cold attributes...

* ipa-inline.c (cgraph_maybe_hot_edge_p): Look for hot/cold attributes,
when profile esitmate is present, calls with very low frequency are
cold.
