fortran/ChangeLog:
* io.c (check_format): Allow an optional comma
between descriptors.

libgfortran/ChangeLog:
* format.c (parse_format_list): Allow an optional comma
between descriptors.

testsuite/ChangeLog:
* comma_format_extension_[1234].f: New tests.
