Deletes some dead code in the TILE-Gx/TILEPro ports of gas.

* tc-tilepro.c (apply_special_operator): delete cases for
got and tls operators.
(md_apply_fix): Ditto.
* tc-tilegx.c: (apply_special_operator): delete cases for
got and tls operators.
(md_apply_fix): Ditto.
