graphite.c: Include tree-vectorizer.h for find_loop_location.

* graphite.c: Include tree-vectorizer.h for find_loop_location.
(graphite_transform_loops): Provide opt-info for optimized nests.
* tree-parloop.c (parallelize_loops): Provide opt-info for
parallelized loops.
