i386.h (PREFERRED_RELOAD_CLASS): Standard fp constants load to TOS.

        * i386.h (PREFERRED_RELOAD_CLASS): Standard fp constants load to TOS.
        * i386.md (movsf, movdf, movxf): Validate memory address returned
        from force_const_mem.  Kill useless REG_EQUAL setting code.
