Update install.texi for Solaris 12 rename

* doc/install.texi (Specific, i?86-*-solaris2.10): Simplify gas
2.26 caveat.  Update gas and gld versions.
(Specific, *-*-solaris2*): Update binutils version.  Remove caveat
reference.
