* doc/invoke.texi: Add .hp, .hxx, .hpp, .h, .HPP, .tcc as c++ header.

cp:
* lang-specs.h: Add .hp, .hxx, .hpp, .h, .HPP, .tcc as c++ header.
* g++spec.c (lang_specific_driver): Check them.
