* elf32-i386.c (elf_i386_check_relocs): Don't make syms dynamic
here..
(elf_i386_adjust_dynamic_symbol): ..nor here..
(allocate_plt_and_got_and_discard_relocs): .. instead do so here
after gc has run.
(elf_i386_size_dynamic_sections): Fix a comment.
(elf_i386_relocate_section <R_386_32, R_386_PC32>): Rearrange code
involved in writing reloc out.
