configure.ac (target-libffi): Don't disable for AIX.

        * configure.ac (target-libffi): Don't disable for AIX.
        (go): Don't add to unsupported_languages on AIX.
        (target-libgo): Don't disable for AIX.
        * configure: Regenerate.
