Define STDINT_LONG32 and add predefined integer types for IAMCU

Define STDINT_LONG32 to 0, add SIZE_TYPE, PTRDIFF_TYPE and WCHAR_TYPE
for IAMCU to make integer types compatible with i386 Linux.

* config/i386/iamcu.h (SIZE_TYPE): New macro.
(PTRDIFF_TYPE): Likewise.
(WCHAR_TYPE): Likewise.
(WCHAR_TYPE_SIZE): Likewise.
(STDINT_LONG32): Likewise.
