* expread.y (abs_decl): Accept '&' and '&' abs_decl.
expread.y (typebase): Add {unsigned,} long long {,int}.
* expread.y (variable): Allow for destructor with foo::~name.
* vax-opcode.h, expread.y, expprint.c, cplus-dem.c: Declare some
things "const".
