(gxx_include_dir): Change to $(prefix)/include/g++.

(old_gxx_include_dir): New - defined as $(libdir)/g++-include.
(cccp.o, cpplib.o): Also pass OLD_GPLUSPLUS_INCLUDE_DIR (set from
$(old_gxx_include_dir)).
