rs6000: Rename future to power10

rs6000: Rename future to power10

This renames the command line options, the internal names, and mentions
in the comments, from "future" to "power10".  Also, the file "future.md"
is renamed.

The predefined user macro _ARCH_PWR_FUTURE is renamed to _ARCH_PWR10.

"Future architecture" is renamed to "ISA 3.1".
