aix52.h: New file.

        * config/rs6000/aix52.h: New file.
        * config/rs6000/t-aix52: New File.
        * config.gcc (rs6000-ibm-aix5.1.*): New entry.
        (rs6000-ibm-aix[56789].*): Default to AIX 5.2.
