t-pa (LIB2FUNCS_EXTRA): Don't build lib2funcs.asm.

* pa/t-pa (LIB2FUNCS_EXTRA): Don't build lib2funcs.asm.
* pa/t-pro (LIB2FUNCS_EXTRA): Likewise.
* som.h (DO_GLOBAL_DTORS_BODY): Delete define.
