target-supports.exp (check_weak_available): Use istarget "hppa*-*-hpux10*" instead of regexp.

* lib/target-supports.exp (check_weak_available): Use istarget
"hppa*-*-hpux10*" instead of regexp.
(check_cxa_atexit_available): Likewise.
