* README:  Add remote-es1800.c and remote-st2000.c to table.
* go32-nat.c:  Remove, there is no native go32 support.
* go32-xdep.c:  Remove unused fork, fvork, wait, execlp, kill_inferior.
* infcmd.c (run_command):  Avoid long calls to printf_filtered.
