linux64.h (LINK_SPEC): Remove bogus -Y option.

* config/i386/linux64.h (LINK_SPEC): Remove bogus -Y option.
(STARTFILE_PREFIX_SPEC): Define for NATIVE_CROSS compilations.
(STARTFILE_SPEC): Remove hardcoded library paths.
(ENDFILE_SPEC): Likewise.
