configure.in: Handle Digital UNIX 5.x the same as 4.x.

* configure.in: Handle Digital UNIX 5.x the same as 4.x.
* i386/sol2.h: Define LOCAL_LABEL_PREFIX as ".".
* java/Make-lang.in: Comment out control-Ls.
