* acinclude.m4: Allow OPTIMIZE_CXXFLAGS to be set by configure.host.
* configure.host: Set OPTIMIZE_CXXFLAGS to -fvisibility-inlines-hidden
for x86/darwin.
* configure: Regenerate.
