* breakpoint.c (insert_breakpoints):  Restore warning about
the program might be running in another process, but only for
systems with this brain death (#ifdef ONE_PROCESS_WRITETEXT).
* xm-hp300bsd.h, xm-mips.h, xm-vax.h:  Define it.
