unordered_set.h (unordered_set<>): Prefer aggregation to inheritance with _Hashtable.

aggregation to inheritance with _Hashtable.
(unordered_multiset<>): Likewise.
* include/debug/unordered_set (operator==): Adapt.
* include/profile/unordered_set (operator==): Adapt.
