t-elf (EXTRA_PARTS): Use EXTRA_MULTILIB_PARTS instead.

* config/mips/t-elf (EXTRA_PARTS): Use EXTRA_MULTILIB_PARTS instead.
(crti.o): Prefix name of object file with $(T).
(crtn.o): Likewise.
