(mulsi3): Make alternatives be "mq" and "no_mq" instead of "power" and "powerpc".

(mulsi3): Make alternatives be "mq" and "no_mq" instead of "power" and
"powerpc".  Only allow one pattern (either with or without the clobber
of MQ) to match.
