Separate i386 & mips NetBSD configurations from other BSD ones.  Don't assume
DEC is the only thing NetBSD/mips run on.  Add {m68k,ns32k,sparc}-*-netbsd*
configurations.  Add support for m68k4k NetBSD object format.
