	(sgt<u>): Merge sgt and sgtu into new expander.
	(sgt, sgtu): Remove expanders.
	(*sgt<u>_<mode>): Merge *sgt_<mode> and *sgtu_<mode> into new
	pattern.
	(*sgt_<mode>, *sgtu_<mode>): Remove patterns.
