Use VEC_WIDEN_MULT_EVEN/ODD_EXPR in supportable_widening_operation

        * tree-vect-stmts.c (supportable_widening_operation): Expand
        WIDEN_MULT_EXPR via VEC_WIDEN_MULT_EVEN/ODD_EXPR if possible.
