constant in hex.
* config/m68k/m68k.h (ASM_OUTPUT_FLOAT_OPERAND)
(ASM_OUTPUT_DOUBLE_OPERAND, ASM_OUTPUT_LONG_DOUBLE_OPERAND):
Remove macros.
