[Patch testsuite obvious] gcc.target/arm/pr65710.c should not unconditionally set -mfloat-abi=soft

gcc/testsuite/

* gcc.target/arm/pr65710.c: Do not override -mfloat-abi directives
passed by the testsuite driver.
