sim/rx: enable build with warnings

The rx simulator now has no build warnings.  Delete the call to
SIM_AC_OPTION_WARNINGS in configure.ac, the default yes will be
provided by SIM_AC_OUTPUT.

sim/rx/ChangeLog:

* configure: Regenerate.
* configure.ac (SIM_AC_OPTION_WARNINGS): Delete call.
