opcodes,gas: support for the ldtxa SPARC instructions.

This patch adds support for the LDTXA instructions, along with the
corresponding ASIs.  Tests for GAS are included.

	(sparc_opcodes): Use the macro defined above to add entries for
	the LDTXA instructions.
