Fix handling of undocumented SLL instruction for the Z80 target.

* config/tc-z80.c: Correct treatment of undocumented instruction
sli/sll.
(emit_mr): Add argument unportable.
(emit_bit): Adapt call to emit_mr.
(emit_mr_z80): New function.
(emit_mr_unportable): New function.
(instab[]): Replace emit_mr with emit_mr_z80 or emit_mr_unportable
as appropriate.
