Makefile.am (check-am): Do not override.

2003-06-30  Phil Edwards  <pme@gcc.gnu.org>

* testsuite/Makefile.am (check-am):  Do not override.
(baseline_symbols):  Declare as PHONY, so no need to 'touch' it.
* testsuite/Makefile.in:  Regenerate.
