libstdc++.exp (dg-test): Lift, temporarily, out of dejagnu/dg.exp.

        * testsuite/lib/libstdc++.exp(dg-test): Lift, temporarily, out of
        dejagnu/dg.exp.  Adapt to log options used to run testcases.
