package/linux-firmware: add RTL87XX/RTL88XX Bluetooth firmware

Add firmware files for Realtek 87XX and 88XX Bluetooth chipsets. Those
are supported by the upstream Realtek Bluetooth driver CONFIG_BT_RTL.
