Avoid -Wnarrowing warnings in struct tramp_frame instances
This avoids -Wnarrowing warnings in struct tramp_frame instances,
replacing uses of -1 with a new ULONGEST_MAX. It also redefined
TRAMP_SENTINEL_INSN to avoid the same warning.
