aarch64-simd-builtins.def (bswap): Use CF2 rather than CF10 so 2 is appended on the code.

        * config/aarch64/aarch64-simd.md (bswap<mode>): Rename to ...
        (bswap<mode>2): This so it matches for the optabs.
