	* dbxout.c (dbxout_type): Use BINFO_VIRTUAL_P.
	* dwarf2out.c (add_data_member_location_attribute): Likewise.
	(gen_inheritance_die): Likewise.
	* tree-dump.c (deque_and_dump): Likewise.
