* emultempl/ppc64elf.em (ppc_before_allocation): New function.
(LDEMUL_BEFORE_ALLOCATION): Define.
(gld${EMULATION_NAME}_finish): Run discard_info for relocatable
linking.
* emultemp/hppaelf.em ((gld${EMULATION_NAME}_finish): Likewise.
