Add DEPENDENCIES_HOST_PREREQ to the list of packages

Add DEPENDENCIES_HOST_PREREQ to the list of packages

That way packages included in that list like ccache will also be
regarded as a normal packages for targets like external-deps,
show-targets or legal-info
