freebsd.h (SET_ASM_OP): Remove.

* config/i386/freebsd.h (SET_ASM_OP): Remove.
(SUBTARGET_OVERRIDE_OPTIONS): Handle TARGET_64BIT case.
(ASM_COMMENT_START, ASM_APP_ON, ASM_APP_OFF, DBX_REGISTER_NUMBER
 MCOUNT_NAME, SIZE_TYPE, PTRDIFF_TYPE, WCHAR_TYPE_SIZE): Whitespace.
