	EXPR_WFL_FILENAME_NODE.
	(EXPR_WFL_FILENAME_NODE): Use the second operand slot rather than
	the TREE_CHAIN.
	* print-tree.c (print_note): Print TREE_PRIVATE and
	TREE_PROTECTED.
