Add Armadeus systems APF9328 support.

The APF9328 is an i.MXL+FPGA based SOM (System On Module). Here only minimal
support is added: booting Linux kernel (UART, Ethernet and NOR), Buildroot
toolchain and JFFS2 rootfs.
