jvspec.c (lang_specific_driver): Check for .zip and .jar files.

* jvspec.c (lang_specific_driver):  Check for .zip and .jar files.
Add constructed filelist-file at end, following -xjava.  Thus any .o
and library files are not affected by the -xjava.  Also wrap
explicut @FILE with -xjava and -xnone.
