Add -march=interaptiv.

gcc/
* config/mips/mips-cpus.def (interaptiv): Define.
* config/mips/mips-tables.opt: Regenerate.
* config/mips/mips.h (MIPS_ISA_LEVEL_SPEC): Map -march=interaptiv to
-mips32r2.
(BASE_DRIVER_SELF_SPECS): Likewise but map to -mdsp.
* doc/invoke.texi (-march=@var{arch}): Add interaptiv.
