* target-delegates.c: Rebuild.
* target.c (update_current_target): Don't inherit or default
to_set_circular_trace_buffer.
* target.h (struct target_ops) <to_set_circular_trace_buffer>: Use
TARGET_DEFAULT_IGNORE.
